These Guidelines have been established to ensure a safe and stress-free environment for both our Guests and ourselves.

We are dedicated to remain a smaller, exclusive establishment, where each dog gets individual attention.

1. We do not accept any dog that has not been vaccinated against parvovirus, hepatitis, distemper, leptospirosis, and parainfluenza (canine cough).

2. We seek veterinary assistance should it be deemed necessary, and administer owner-provided or Veterinary prescribed medication in accordance with instructions.

3. While we take reasonable precautions, we do not accept any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for damage to or loss of owner-provided collars, beds, bedding, toys, cages etc.

4. We do not accept people aggressive dogs.

5. Regular exercise is essential to the general well-being of our guests. All dogs are let out into large, secure exercise areas 4 times per day for at least 30 minutes.

6. Every effort is made to have all Boarders feeling comfortable and secure. We provide adequate 'down-time' to ensure our aim of a stress-free environment.

7. We feed a scientifically proven, fully balanced diet to all dogs. But have no objection to you supplying your own food.

8. All dogs are housed in indoor accommodation, which is warm and dry.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That is why we have adopted a Privacy Policy, which allows you know how your personal information is processed and used.

We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation in New Zealand.

The following statements disclose our Privacy Policy.

• When a customer uses our services or requests information about our services, data such as contact details and normal financial information, where relevant, is automatically recorded on our database. Subsequent information gleaned by way of conversation with you may also be added.
• We use reasonable precautions at all times to keep secure the information disclosed to us.
• We do not collect and evaluate information on individuals other than to be aware of factors which we consider pertinent to the offering of appropriate services and assisting you make informed decisions.
• Should any additional data be sought, eg for a specific promotion or questionnaire, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested.
• You can choose whether to allow such data to be held or made available to any party nominated by yourself. A copy of data held will be made available to yourself or your Agent at any time, on written request from yourselves.
• We may from time to time send e-mail or correspondence announcing new products and services, but will not send you email or brochures that you have not agreed to receive.
• Your personal information will not be revealed to any other individual or company, other than to conform to the edicts of the Law or comply with a legal process. However, we will not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that consequently receive the information.
